Job Description

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Developing and deploying AI-powered bots and NLP systems. 

• Designing, building, and testing models for NLP and chatbot development using KORE.A platform 

• Developing NLP algorithms and models for natural language understanding. 

• Building and integrating natural language understanding (NLU) components into existing systems. 

• Developing, testing, and debugging code related to NLP and chatbot applications. 

• Developing and implementing strategies for training and optimizing NLP models. 

• Researching and implementing the latest technologies and techniques to improve NLP and chatbot applications. 

• Creating and maintaining documentation for bots and NLP systems. 

• Investigating and resolving errors related to NLP and chatbot development. 

• Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of NLP and chatbot applications.        

• Building the intent using Botbuilder (type of Platform) 

• Curate the data based upon aspects they are seeing from the external customer, train the data, test the data and then deploy the data/model into production 

• Plan to integrate the ChatGPT with AI to increase the internet currency 

• Will be creating the intent on the current BOT 

Must Have:

• ChatBot AI/ML/NLP & Conversation Development & Quality Engineer skillset 

• (50% Development + 50% Testing) 

• Expect Developers to take on the testing and Testers are involved in stages of the development 

• Mostly manual but will expect them to build out their own testing environment/automation eventually 

• ChatBot build experience 

• Will be building the bot intent using CoreAI working with Bot-builder 

• NLP experience 

• JavaScript experience 

• Clear understanding of AI 

• Clear understand of Machine Learning- 

• How to create/build a model, train the model, etc. 

• Will be expected to explore and create some of their own models based upon the data available in customer transcripts 

• Years of experience not strict- 

• Should understands ChatBot, GPT is a new area and does not expect super senior people 

• 2+ years’ experience is fine IF strong technically 

• Must have an attitude of continuous learning.
